Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

· International orders: Delivery times differ by country and carrier

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Complimentary standard shipping is available for qualifying orders.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during delivery, contact us with your order information and we will assist you promptly.

We want you to love your jewelry. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom, personalized, or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-20 days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
